Ford Escort Mk4 Mirror Trim Plates – STL & 3MF Digital File

Print your own replacement inner door mirror trim plates for the Ford Escort Mk4 (approx. 1986–1990). Designed to fit the triangular interior section of the front doors where the wing mirrors mount. Driver and passenger side included.

Printing

• Material: PETG (tested with Overture PETG) or ASA/ABS. Not PLA – car interiors get too hot.

• Build plate: textured PEI. Parts print face down so the texture covers the whole face.

• Settings: 0.6 mm nozzle, 4 walls, ~45% infill – around 2 hours per part.

• Supports: PLA interface layer for clean removal (AMS recommended). Can be printed without it, but the supported area – hidden behind the door – will have a rougher finish.

Fitment

Please compare the shape, mounting points and mirror setup in the photos with your car before printing, especially on older cars where trim may have been changed.
