Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping. Customs fees may apply, depending on your country.
Where is the part made and shipped from?
All products are made in Halesowen, England, and shipped from the UK.

What happens if my package is delayed?
Delays can sometimes happen due to customs or local postal services. If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking it.
Returns
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Are custom orders eligible for returns?
Custom-made items (e.g., products with specific colours or modifications) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please double-check your customisation requests before placing your order.
Refunds & Replacements
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does it take to process a return or refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Faulty Items
What if my item is faulty but I’ve used it?
If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different product?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
